摘　　要：经济的快速发展使大众对于健康管理的需求不断提升,以服务和管理为主体的健康服务与管理专业应运而生。为抓住产业发展的机遇,各高校应主动承担起为产业输送高质量人才的职责。通过完善的教育活动,不仅有助于强化学生的专项能力,使学生快速适应岗位,完成高质量的就业,还能够促进健康产业的转型发展,构建出全新的产业格局。为此,该文以河北省本科院校为研究对象,分析市场对健康管理人员的需求,并提出人才培养的对策,为促进学生就业与发展提供参考。With the rapid development of economy,the public's demand for health management is increasing.The health service and management specialty with service and management as the mainstay came into being.In order to seize the opportunity of industrial development,colleges and universities should take the initiative to transport high quality talents for the industry.Through perfect educational activities,it will not only help to strengthen students'special ability,make students quickly adapt to their posts and complete high-quality employment,but also promote the transformation and development of health industry and build a new industrial pattern.Therefore,taking under‐graduate colleges and universities in Hebei Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the market demand for health managers,and puts forward countermeasures for talent training,so as to provide reference for promoting students'employment and development.
