摘　　要：榜样示范教育是当今时代不可缺少的教育理念,尤其是对大学生思想政治教育具有指导作用。加强榜样教育在大学生思想政治教育中的运用,使思想政治教育的实用性、方向性、功用性发挥得淋漓尽致,大学生通过榜样教育理论的灌输更好地吸收思想政治教育观念,从而更好地塑造其自身人格。Nowadays, the model demonstration education is an indispensable educational concept, which plays guiding role in college students’ ideological and political education. This paper has an analysis and research on how the model demonstration education can be carried out in college students’ ideological and political education by literature research and case study method. Strengthening the application of model demonstration education in college students’ ideological and political education can make full use of its practicability, orientation, and functionality. Through absorbing the model demonstration education theory, college students can understand the ideological and political educational concept more profoundly so as to form their own personalities better.
