摘 要:采用自制铸铁挂片系统,模拟再生水在球墨铸铁管输配过程。通过分析不同初始pH值条件下挂片系统再生水的水质变化,探究初始pH对再生水输配过程中水质变化的影响。结果表明,初始pH越小,再生水中总余氯衰减速率越大,总铁、浊度升幅越大。初始pH为6.0与7.5时,再生水的pH呈现先升高后趋于稳定的趋势;初始pH为9.0时,再生水的pH呈现先降低后趋于稳定的趋势。当初始pH为6.0时,铸铁挂片腐蚀最严重,表面腐蚀产物对有机物的吸附作用导致再生水中TOC,UV254降幅最大。The self-made cast iron coupon system is adopted to simulate the transmission and distribution process of the reclaimed water in the cast iron pipe.By analyzing the water quality changes of the reclaimed water in the coupon system under different initial pH conditions,the effect of the initial pH on the water quality changes in the process of transmission and distribution of reclaimed water is explored.The results show that the lower the initial pH,the greater the decay rate of total residual chlorine in the reclaimed water,and the greater the increase in total iron and turbidity.When the pH is 6.0 and 7.5,the pH tends to increase first and then stabilize.When the pH is 9.0,the pH tends to decrease first and then stabilize.When the initial pH is 6.0,the corrosion of the cast iron hanging piece is the most serious,and the adsorption of organic substances by the surface corrosion products causes the largest decrease in TOC and UV254 in the reclaimed water.
