泰国酒店业汉语课程设计研究--以帕瓦纳·菩提坤职业学校为例

摘　　要：针对海外某个行业从业人员的需求设计课程大纲及编写适用教材,是国际汉语教学面对的新课题。目前,国内外学者对汉语教学的研究还主要集中在“通用汉语”教学方面,针对海外职业学校“职业汉语”研究几近于无。本文以泰国帕瓦纳·菩提坤职业学校(Bhavana Bodhigun Vocational College)为例,从职业汉语能力培养的角度,对酒店业职业汉语的课程,从教学目标、教学原则、教学内容、教学策略等角度提出了建议,为职业汉语教学研究与专门职业汉语教材编写提供参考。How to design a curriculum and compile applicable textbooks to meet the needs of employees in an overseas industry is a new issue faced by the international Chinese teaching.At present,domestic and foreign scholars’research on Chinese teaching mainly focuses on general Chinese teaching.However,there is nearly no research on occupation Chinese teaching of overseas vocational schools.Taking Bhavana Bodhigun Vocational College as an example,this article provides a reference point for how to design the hotel industry Chinese curriculum from the angle of occupational education,which includes teaching objectives,teaching principles,teaching content and teaching strategies.Besides,the article gives some suggestions for the further research of occupation Chinese teaching and specializing occupation Chinese textbooks compilation.
