摘  要:随着分布式能源、电动汽车充电桩、智能家电等多样化产能/用能设备高速渗透接入配电网,对高可靠的供电电能质量的需求也越来越多。文章针对台区谐波监测及三相不平衡治理问题,设计了一套基于配电物联网的谐波监测及三相不平衡调节系统。基于边缘计算技术,研究了基于智能配变终端的谐波感知方法、三相不平衡调节策略。测试与试点应用表明,该系统对2~50次谐波电压、谐波电流的测量误差分别低于5%U_(h)、0.5%I_(N),能够有效调节台区三相负荷不平衡状态,系统无需部署专用的电能质量监测终端、换相开关专用控制终端,可满足台区谐波实时监测与三相不平衡治理需求。In order to monitor the harmonic and regulate the three-phase unbalance of the distribution network,a system of harmonic monitoring and three-phase unbalance regulation based on distribution internet of things(PD-IoT)is proposed in this paper.Using edge computing technology,a method of harmonic monitoring and three-phase unbalance regulation using smart distribution transformer terminal(SDTT)is designed and presented.The performance was validated through a test rig and pilot project.Test results show that the measuring errors of the 2-50 th voltage harmonics and current harmonics are less than 5%U_(h) and 0.5%I_(N) respectively.Meanwhile,the three-phase unbalance is improved obviously in pilot project.The system proposed can meet the requirements and trends of power quality real-time management in distribution network,which can replace the special power quality monitoring terminal and commutation switch controller.
