摘  要:电力系统行政交换网已向IP多媒体系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)网络全面演进,但受限于终端智能化改造及网络安全等因素,业务种类以及业务终端尚未全面升级,用户使用体验并没有因IMS系统的部署得到提升,需要对电力IMS交换网业务应用技术进行研究。文章首先分析了电力IMS交换网业务的功能需求,然后针对不同业务类型需求,如语音增值类业务、会议类业务和数据类业务等,提出了电力IMS业务应用系统架构以及电力IMS交换网业务应用技术方案,最后结合技术方案在国网江苏公司的试点建设,给出了电力IMS系统的典型部署方案。The power administrative switching network has fully evolved to IP multimedia subsystem(IMS)network.However,due to the terminal intelligent transformation and network security and other factors,the service types and service terminals have not been fully upgraded,and the user experience has not been improved due to the deployment of IMS system.Therefore,it is necessary to study the service application technology of power IMS switching network.Firstly,this paper analyzes the functional requirements about the service of IMS switching network,and then proposes the system architecture of service application and the service application technical schemes of IMS switching network for different service types including voice value-added services,conference services and data services.Finally,the typical deployment scheme of power IMS system is given based on the pilot construction of the technology scheme in State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co.,Ltd.
