酮康唑洗剂用于头皮糠疹人群的研究

摘　　要：头皮糠疹(头皮屑)与脂溢性皮炎(SD)具有共同的病理基础,事实上影响了30%~42%的人群。马拉色菌过度增殖是主要致病原因,而炎症及自身免疫等也参与该疾病的发生。最常用的治疗头皮屑/脂溢性皮炎抗真菌药物为酮康唑洗剂。本研究回顾性分析酮康唑洗剂用于头皮屑的疗效、生活质量的改善和治疗满意度情况。受访者为年龄18~50岁的头皮屑患者,过去6个月使用过酮康唑洗剂,通过在线调研的方式进行反馈。累计500例头皮屑受访者,95%、94%和95%的受访者使用酮康唑洗剂后头屑、头痒和头油得到改善,89%脱发缓解。92%社交改善,90%睡眠更好,87%反馈为有益于其职业发展。此外,使用酮康唑洗剂前后头皮屑6 d以上不复发的比例从23%增加到68%。总体满意度为94%。因此,头皮屑患者使用酮康唑洗剂症状减轻,脱发困扰和生活质量也随之改善,长期维持治疗有利于预防复发,总体治疗满意度高。Capitis pityriasis(dandruff)and seborrheic dermatitis(SD)are the common pathological basis,which actually affects 30%-42%of the population.Malassezia hyperproliferation is the main cause of disease,and inflammation and autoimmunity are also involved in the disease.Ketoconazole lotion is the most commonly used antifungal drug for dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis in China.This study retrospectively analyzed the efficacy,quality of life improvement and treatment satisfaction of real-world ketoconazole lotion for dandruff.Respondents were dandruff patients aged 18-50,who had used ketoconazole lotion in the past 6 months,and gave feedback through online investigation.A totality of 500 subjects were recorded with 95%,94%and 95%alleviation rate for dandruff,itchiness and greasiness respectively,and 89%alopecia relief.Moreover,92%achieved social improvement,90%improved with sleeping,and 87%reported that it was beneficial to their career development.In addition,the proportion of respondents with no recurrence of dandruff for over 6 days before and after using ketoconazole lotion increased from 23%to 68%.Overall satisfaction is 94%.Therefore,the symptoms of patients with dandruff treated with ketoconazole lotion are alleviated,and the problems of hair loss and quality of life are also improved.Long-term maintenance treatment is beneficial to prevent recurrence,and the overall treatment satisfaction is high.
