胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的手术室护理策略

摘　　要：目的探究胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的手术室护理策略并对其应用效果进行分析。方法选取研究对象80例(2019年7月至2021年7月收治),40例接受手术室常规护理纳入对照组,40例接受手术室优化护理纳入观察组,统计分析两组临床护理效果。结果经护理,观察组患者手术时间、拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量、术后引流量均少于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),手术室护理质量评分与患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者实施手术室优质护理服务,可有效改善患者手术基础指标水平,促进患者生理与心理健康恢复,减少并发症发生概率,提高护理质量的同时,增加患者满意度。Objective To explore the operating room nursing strategy of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer and analyze its application effect.Methods Eighty subjects(treated from July 2019 to July 2021)were selected,40 received routine nursing in the operating room and included in the control group,and 40 received optimized nursing in the operating room and included in the observation group.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After nursing,the operation time,extubation time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),anxiety score,depression The scores and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the operating room nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing service in the operating room for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can effectively improve the level of basic surgical indicators,promote the recovery of patients'physical and mental health,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of nursing and increase patients'satisfaction.
