整体护理观念在外科手术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理观念在外科手术应用的临床效果。方法选择了我院2021年1—6月的100例外科手术患者为研究对象。随机让他们分为试验组与对照组各50例,对照组接受常规护理服务,试验组主要是在对照组常规护理工作的基础上添加了整体护理。对组患者术后的焦虑与抑郁情况和护理满意度进行对比。结果护理前两组焦虑与抑郁评分无差异P>0.05,护理后试验组患者焦虑与抑郁效果明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组满意率达到100%,对照组为86.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者均顺利地完成手术,均未出现严重的并发症。结论使用整理护理观念,深入了解患者的相关情况,加强与患者之间的沟通,让他们了解自己的病情以及手术方案,针对患者的性格特点有效地对他们的不良情绪进行调节,让手术可以顺利地完成,减轻患者的抑郁与焦虑,提高他们对于护理工作的满意度,提高生活质量。基于此整体护理观念在外科手术护理中运用是值得推广的。Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing concept in surgical operation.Methods One hundred surgical patients in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group 50 cases each,the control group received conventional nursing services,the experimental group is mainly in the control group routine nursing work on the basis of the addition of holistic care.The anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction of patients in the group were compared.Results There was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the effect of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group is higher,all patients are satisfied with the satisfaction of 100%.Compared with 86%of the control group,the difference was significant P<0.05.Both groups of patients successfully completed the operation without serious complications.Conclusion The use of nursing concept,understanding the patient's relevant information,improve the communication between patients and let them know their condition and operation program,according to the characteristics of the personality of patients effectively adjusted to their bad feelings,make surgery can be done smoothly,reduce the patients with depression and anxiety,improve their satisfaction on nursing work,improve the quality of life.Based on this holistic nursing concept is worth popularizing in surgical nursing.
