综合护理对无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留及心理情绪和满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理模式对无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留、心理情绪和满意度的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年10月于本院实施无痛分娩的产妇80例,通过中心随机化分组模式分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,记录两组产后初次排尿时间、平均残余尿量、住院时间、临床满意度、心理情绪以及尿潴留发生率。结果研究组初次排尿时间[(7.51±1.90)h]和住院时间[(6.51±1.93)d]均短于对照组[(10.20±3.23)h、(8.27±2.56)d],组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组平均残余尿量[(30.12±11.34)mL]少于对照组[(50.49±18.52)mL],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后总满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后抑郁评分[(38.50±3.06)分]低于对照组[(40.62±3.05)分],组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后尿潴留发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(22.50%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩产妇在实施综合护理模式后其心理状态有所稳定,满意度显著提升,且产后尿潴留发生率有所降低。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on postpartum urinary retention,psychological emotion and satisfaction of painless childbearing women.Methods From September 2016 to October 2017,80 cases of painless delivery were selected in our hospital.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group by 40 cases in the randomized grouping mode.The first time of voiding,the average residual urine volume,the length of stay,the clinical satisfaction,the scores of psychological emotion and the incidence of urinary retention were recorded in two groups.Results the time of first micturition[(7.51±1.90)h]and hospitalization[(6.51±1.93)days]in the study group were shorter than those in the control group[(10.20±3.23)h]and[(8.27±2.56)days],the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average residual urine volume of the study group[(30.12±11.34)mL]was less than that of the control group[(50.49±18.52)mL],there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total satisfaction after nursing in the study group was 95.00%higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The score of postpartum depression in the study group(38.50±3.06)was lower than that in the control group(40.62±3.05)(P<0.05).In the study group,postpartum urinary retention(5.00%)were lower than those of the control group(22.50%),and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode of painless childbirth mothers has a stable psychological state,a significant increase in satisfaction,and a lower incidence of postpartum urinary retention.
