舒适护理在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在慢性支气管炎护理中应用舒适护理的效果。方法采集2019年2月至2020年11月收治的68例慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,以奇偶数列法为标准分成两组,试验组(n=34)给予舒适护理,对照组(n=34)给予基础护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组护理总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后的FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后退热时间、喘息消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对护理的总满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理模式应用到慢性支气管炎护理中对促进病情恢复、改善护理满意度有着较大的帮助。Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in nursing care of chronic bronchitis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic bronchitis were collected and treated from The treatment time was from February 2019 to November 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the method of odd-even series.They were given comfortable care in the experimental group(n=34)and basic care in the control group(n=34).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the time of fever reduction,wheezing disappearance,cough disappearance and lung wheezing disappearance in the experimental group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing mode in nursing care of chronic bronchitis is of great help to promote the recovery of illness and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing in all directions.
