临床护理路径在脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究临床护理路径在脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术中的具体护理成效。方法于本院神经外科2016年1月至2020年12月行脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术的患者中选取98例,随机分组,每组49例,对照组患者采用常规围手术期护理,观察患者应用临床护理路径,比较两组术后并发症发生率、临床相关指标、简明智力状态检查量表(MMSE)与日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为4.08%,病症消除时间为(3.06±0.44)d,住院时间为(4.36±0.81)d,ADL评分为(27.29±3.64)分,MMSE评分为(3.69±1.14)分;对照组患者术后并发症发生率为16.32%,病症消除时间为(4.72±0.63)d,住院时间为(6.52±0.84)d,ADL评分为(21.72±3.27)分,MMSE评分为(2.38±0.83)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径护理应用于脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术中具有突出的成效,既能预防并发症的发生,又能提升患者的生活能力、调节精神状态。Objective To study the specific nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms.Methods A total of 98 patients admitted to the neurosurgery department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 for interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms were randomly divided into two groups,49 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing path.The postoperative complication rate,clinical time index,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and activities of daily living(ADL)scores were analyzed.Results The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 4.08%,the disease elimination time was(3.06±0.44)d and the hospital stay was(4.36±0.81)d,ADL score(27.29±3.64)and MMSE score(3.69±1.14),the postoperative complication rate in the control group was 16.32%,the disease elimination time was(4.72±0.63)d and the hospital stay was(6.52±0.84)d,ADL score(21.72±3.27)and MMSE score(2.38±0.83)were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms has outstanding results in clinical nursing pathway nursing.It can not only prevent complications,but also improve patients'living ability and adjust their mental state.
