静脉应用普罗帕酮转复阵发性室上性心动过速的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的对普罗帕酮静脉使用治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的效果及护理措施进行探讨。方法选取本科室76例阵发性室上性心动过速患者,时间2017年1月至2018年12月,所有患者均给予静脉应用普罗帕酮治疗,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(38例,常规护理)与观察组(38例,临床护理干预),对两组护理效果进行对比。结果两组治疗总有效率对比,观察组为97.37%,对照组为94.74%,两组无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组不良反应发生率为13.16%,与对照组的36.84%比较明显更低两,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度为94.74%,与对照组的81.58%对比更高,P<0.05。结论临床护理干预在静脉应用普罗帕酮转复阵发性室上性心动过速患者护理中应用,保证了治疗效果的实现,有效减少了不良反应情况的发生,护理服务质量得到提升,患者满意度较高,值得推广。Objective The effect of propafenone intravenous treatment on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and nursing measures were discussed.Methods All 76 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in the undergraduate department were selected.From January 2017 to December 2018,all patients were treated with intravenous propafenone.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(38 cases,clinical nursing intervention).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 97.37%in the observation group and 94.74%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.16%,which was significantly lower than 36.84%in the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher in comparison with 81.58%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention in the application of propafenone to patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia to ensure the realization of treatment effect,effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of care,patients satisfaction is high and worth promoting.
