摘　　要：农业嘉年华是中国都市现代农业发展的重要载体,是深化农业供给侧结构性改革、推动乡村产业振兴的重要途径。大数据和信息化社会的发展为现代农业嘉年华园区的研究规划提供了新的思路和手段,成为当今时代支持农业嘉年华设计和长足发展的关键技术。通过总结既有农业嘉年华规划设计的共性问题,基于大数据和“互联网+”技术背景探讨了农业嘉年华设计规划思路的转变和创新之路。最后,提出了大数据背景下现代农业嘉年华设计与规划的应用方向,即打造智慧农业园区、实现设计和规划体系创新、可持续运营发展、提高社会参与度和趣味性以及推动当地特色产业作为发展建设目标。Agricultural carnival is an important carrier for the development of modern urban agriculture in China,as well as an essential way to deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply-side and promote the revitalization of rural industries.The development of big data and the information society has provided new views and means for the research and planning of modern agricultural carnival parks,and has become a key technology to support the design and rapid development of agricultural carnivals.Through summarizing the common problems existing in agricultural carnivals,the transformation and innovation of the thinking for design and planning was explored based on the background of big data and Internet plus technology.Finally,the direction for the application of big data in the design and planning of modern agricultural carnivals was put forward from creating a smart agricultural park,realizing the innovation for design and planning system,achieving a sustainable operation and development,increasing social participation and interest,and promoting local characteristic industries as the development and construction goals.
