融媒体环境下中国科研机构网站可持续发展策略研究——基于中国农业科学院门户网站群调研

摘　　要：融媒体时代,国家高度重视网站建设及新媒体工作,在重点领域大力部署融媒体传播格局。科研机构门户网站是科研单位发布重大工作动态和最新科研进展、传播科普知识、参与社会服务的重要平台。实现中国科研机构网站可持续发展,主动向用户提供多样化服务,是增强科研机构活力、促进资源不断优化升级的必然选择。以中国农业科学院门户网站群为例,从内容建设和功能建设两个方面评析中国科研机构网站建设,提出以用户满意度为中心的中国科研机构网站内容优化策略和功能优化策略。基于此,可以用户为导向不断优化中国科研机构网站,寻找科学研究与社会发展的契合点,着眼于科研机构数据资源多角度开发,在用户参与中实现网站可持续发展;通过网站与用户双向互动提高中国科研机构网站的社会服务能力,推动中国智慧科研建设,树立科研机构良好社会形象。In the era of integrating media,the State attaches great importance to website construction and new media,and vigorously deploys the pattern of integrated media in key areas.The portal website of scientific research institutions is an important platform for scientific research institutions to release major work trends and the latest scientific research progress,disseminate popular science knowledge and participate in social services.Realizing the sustainable development of websites of Chinese scientific research institutions,actively providing diversified services for users is an inevitable choice to enhance the vitality of scientific research institutions.Taking the portal group of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS)as an example,the website construction of Chinese research institutions was reviewed from content construction and functional construction,and a user satisfaction-centered content optimization strategy and functional optimization strategy for the websites of Chinese research institutions was proposed.Based on this,the website of Chinese research institutions in a user-oriented way should be continuously optimized,the conjunction point between scientific research and social development should be found,focusing on the development of data resources of research institutions should be focused from multiple perspectives,and the sustainable development of the website should be achieved in user participation.The social service ability of the websites of Chinese scientific research institutions should be improved through two-way interaction between the websites and users,and promote the construction of China’s intelligent scientific research,so as to establish a good social image of scientific research institutions.
