摘　　要：目的评价2016—2020年河南省南阳市社会组织男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men, MSM)艾滋病防治干预的效果。方法选取2015年12月—2020年12月,南阳市社会组织参与MSM干预项目,从接受健康教育与行为干预的人次数、项目年度首次接受HIV抗体检测数、接受HIV抗体检测者中初筛阳性数、接受确证检测数、确证阳性数、阳性转介治疗数、艾滋病知识知晓率、及时抗病毒治疗率等方面进行分析。结果 2016—2020年,南阳市共有2个社会组织参与MSM干预项目,累计使用项目资金55.00万元,完成健康教育与行为干预24 804人次,首次接受HIV抗体检测6 246人,HIV抗体初筛阳性449人(7.19%),新确证HIV抗体阳性402人(39.33%)。2016—2020年,MSM艾滋病知识知晓率(χ^(2)=14.605,P<0.05)和最近1次与同性发生肛交性行为时使用安全套率逐年递增,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.014,P<0.05)。社会组织新确证MSM艾滋病感染者90 d内接受抗病毒治疗376人(93.53%),当地同期MSM治疗742人(72.60%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=74.911,P<0.05)。结论南阳市社会组织的参与扩大了MSM HIV抗体检测可及性和覆盖率,避免新确证HIV感染者流失,提高了MSM HIV感染者及时抗病毒治疗率,在MSM艾滋病防治工作起到重要作用。Objective To descibe the intervention effect on fighting against HIV/AIDS by community-based organizations(CBOs) for men who have sex with men(MSM) in Nanyang from 2016 to 2020. Methods Study related data such as work progress and final working report of CBOs, sentinel surveillance data of MSM and HIV testing and treatment information from December 2015 to December 2020 in Nanyang were retrieved from China AIDS fund for non-governmental organizations(CAFNGO) management system, sentinel surveillance survey management system for AIDS control as well as from information system for AIDS control and prevention. Results From 2016 to 2020, there were two CBOs participated in the MSM intervention project in Nanyang with a total funding of 550 000 yuan.Under this project, 24 804 MSM received health education and behavioral intervention.6 246 MSM received initial screening tests for HIV antibody with 449(7.19%) tested positive and 402(39.33%) newly confirmed HIV antibody positive.The overall awareness rate for HIV/AIDS(χ^(2)=14.605, P<0.05) and condom use rate(χ^(2)=15.014, P<0.05) during the most recent anal sex showed a linear increasing trend during 2016 and 2020 among MSM population.93.53%of newly confirmed HIV positive tested by CBOs received anti-viral treatment within 90 days,which was significantly higher than 72.60%of those tested by other organizations/institutions in the same period(χ^(2)=74.911,P<0.05). Conclusions The participation of CBOs in behavioral intervention for MSM in Nanyang expands the accessibility and coverage of MSM for HIV antibody testing,avoids the missing of newly infected MSM and increases the timely antiviral treatment rate which plays an important role in AIDS prevention and treatment in MSM.
