摘　　要：目的通过对社区自主研发网络式自助检测工作进行分析总结,为人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)自助检测工作提供借鉴。方法通过滚雪球方法招募哈尔滨市男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men, MSM)作为研究对象,由其自愿下载"益友"APP并参与问卷调查、HIV及梅毒抗体自助检测与结果回传,分析总结"益友"在艾滋病防治中的工作流程与应用效果。结果该网络式自助检测App目前注册用户7 436人,其中有2 329人(31.32%)从未出现在哈尔滨市MSM干预检测数据信息管理系统中。该检测APP自上线以来,发放免费试剂10 240人份,查重后为5 107人,其中4 983人回传结果,HIV新发阳性29人,既往阳性26人,梅毒新发阳性27人,既往阳性108人,124人未回传结果。结论该检测APP能够扩大MSM干预与检测覆盖面,同时将定期检测与知情交友的理念深入MSM。Objective To discuss the use of a CBO-designed network-based self-testing model among men who have sex with men(MSM), and to evaluate it′s intervention effect in fighting against HIV/AIDS. Methods MSMs were recruited using snowball method in Harbin.A questionnaire survey was conducted through a mobile APP "YiYou"-a network based self testing software designed by a CBO through integrating internet intelligent mobile technology and information transmission technology which was downloaded voluntarily by participants.The testing results were automatically send back and were then analyzed. Results There were 7 436 registered users for the APP, among which 2 329(31.32%) were never present in the MSM intervention data management system in Harbin.Since the launch of APP, a total of 10 240 free self-testing kits were delivered to 5 107 MSM, 4 983 reported the testing results with 29 newly confirmed and 26 existing HIV infection and 27 newly confirmed and 108 existing syphilis infection.124 MSM did not send back their testing results. Conclusions This network-based self-testing APP expands the coverage of MSM intervention and testing, and enhances the concept of regular testing and awareness for HIV status before sex in MSM.
