摘　　要：通过网络调查法与内容分析法对我国31家直辖市和省会城市公共图书馆在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间开展的无接触健康信息服务内容进行调查与分析,并根据调查结果提出建议:未来我国公共图书馆应在精准服务、全程智能、跨界共赢及自我营销四方面做出相应举措,以提高后疫情时代我国公共图书馆无接触健康信息服务的能力。The network survey method and content analysis method were used to investigate and analyze the content of contact-free health information services provided by public libraries in 31 provincial capitals in China during the COVID-19.Based on the results of the survey,Four suggestions are put forward.Public libraries in China should make corresponding measures in the future:accurate service,the entire intelligent,win-win crossover and self-marketing,so as to improve the ability of contact-free health information services in public libraries in China in the post-epidemic era.
