摘　　要：推进全民阅读不应忽视、遗漏未决羁押犯罪嫌疑人这类特殊群体。文章研究考察了该群体的特殊性及其阅读权利现状,分析了未决羁押犯罪嫌疑人群体阅读权利在实践中面临的困境和障碍,并针对性地提出了落实该群体阅读权利的具体措施和建议。The special groups of criminal suspects in pending custody should not be ignored or omitted in promoting nationwide reading.This paper studies the particularity of this group and its current situation of reading rights,and analyzes the difficulties and obstacles in the practice of reading rights of criminal suspects in pending custody,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions to implement their reading rights.
