摘 要:有色金属行业在带来可观经济效益的同时,不可避免地会带来一定的资源消耗和环境污染。近年来,我国面临的资源压力和环境压力日益增加,要想提升行业竞争力,就必须进行技术转型,走绿色发展之路。论文首先分析了我国有色金属行业走绿色发展之路的必要性,其次从重金属污染的防治、清洁生产技术的发展、末端技术的突破这3个方面论述了我国有色金属行业绿色发展与技术转型的现状,最后针对存在的问题分别从校企合作、新技术应用、落实清洁生产、废弃物回收利用、产业结构调整、政府监管这6个方面提出了相关建议和对策。While the non-ferrous metal industry brings considerable economic benefits,it will inevitably bring certain resource consumption and environmental pollution.In recent years,China is facing increasing resource pressure and environmental pressure.In order to improve the competitiveness of the industry,we must carry out technological transformation and take the road of green development.Firstly,the paper analyzes the necessity of taking the road of green development in China's non-ferrous metal industry.Secondly,the paper discusses the status quo of green development and technological transformation of China's non-ferrous metal industry from three aspects:the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution,the development of cleaner production technology,and the breakthrough of terminal technologies.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the existing problems from six aspects:school-enterprise cooperation,application of new technology,implementation of cleaner production,waste recycling,industrial structure adjustment,and government supervision.
