摘　　要：乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要内容之一,是加强农村精神文明建设,不断提高乡村社会文明程度的重要举措。在全面实施乡村振兴战略和建设社会主义现代化文化强国的新征程上,乡村公共文化设施建设、优秀传统文化保护已初见成效,各种文化协会和自媒体纷纷涌现,农村特色文化活动、民间传统习俗被赋予新的时代内涵,乡村特色文化已成为文化产业发展新要素。但由于历史发展、农民认知、现实生活、乡村现状、体制机制等原因,仍然存在乡村文化供需矛盾突出、文化建设主体数量不多、乡村文化振兴人才极其稀缺、优秀传统文化保护不够、特色文化资源开发不足、文化振兴机制尚未建立等问题。新形势下,要将促进乡村文化振兴纳入各级党委政府议事日程,进一步加大乡村文化建设投入,充分发挥农民的主力军作用,不断培育乡村各类文化骨干,激活乡村特色文化资源形成生产要素,改革完善体制机制,用新举措加快促进乡村文化振兴。Rural cultural rejuvenation is one of the important contents of rural revitalization.It is an important measure to strengthen the construction of rural spirit civilization and continuously improve the level of rural social civilization.In the new journey of a rural revitalization strategy and building a socialist modern cultural power,the construction of rural public cultural facilities,excellent traditional cultural protection has emerged,and various cultural associations and self-media have emerged,rural characteristic cultural activities,folk traditions The custom is given a new era connotation,and rural characteristic culture has become a new element of cultural industry development.However,due to historical development,farmers'cognition,real life,rural status,institutional mechanism,etc.Insufficient resource development,and the cultural revitalization mechanism has not yet established problems.Under the new situation,it is necessary to promote rural cultural revitalization into the agenda of the party committees of all levels,further increase the investment of rural cultural construction,give full play to the main military role of farmers,and continuously cultivate various cultural backbone of rural industries,activate rural characteristic cultural resources to form production factors The reform and improve the system mechanism,accelerate the revitalization of rural cultures with new measures.
