2018-2020年我院骨伤科住院患者药物使用分析

摘　　要：目的分析扬州市广陵区中医院骨伤科病区的药物使用情况及趋向,为临床合理用药及药品管理提供参考。方法通过HIS系统,检索2018-2020年扬州市广陵区中医院骨伤科病区的药物使用数据信息,以药物类别、金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)进行汇总并排序。结果该院骨伤科病区用药以中成药、解热镇痛抗炎药及专科用药为主,2018-2020年中成药金额占比均为第1位,尤其中成药注射剂的金额占比较高。结论中医药是该院的特色与专长,但某些中成药注射剂在该院骨伤科患者中使用非常广泛,存在不合理用药现象,应继续加强用药管理及指导。Objective To analyze the situation and trend of drug use in orthopedic ward of Yangzhou Guangling District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and drug management.Methods By querying the information management system database of Yangzhou Guangling District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,the medication data information of orthopedics and traumatology ward from 2018 to 2020 were retrieved and statistically sorted by drug category, amount of use, DDDs and DDDc.Results Chinese patent medicine, non steroidal analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs and other kinds of drugs were mainly used in the orthopedic ward of the hospital, and the proportion of the amount of Chinese patent medicine was the first from 2018 to 2020, especially the proportion of the amount of Chinese patent medicine injection was higher.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is the characteristic and specialty of the hospital, however,some proprietary Chinese medicine injections are widely used in orthopedics and traumatology patients in the hospital, which leads to irrational drug use, we should continue to strengthen the management and guidance of drug use.
