摘  要:目的比较级联撞击器法与激光衍射法(LD法)在测定混悬型气雾剂和溶液型气雾剂雾滴分布中的应用。方法分别应用安德森级联撞击器法与LD法测定混悬型气雾剂和溶液型气雾剂的雾滴分布,并比较两种方法的测定结果。结果在混悬型气雾剂的雾滴分布测定中,两种方法测定结果接近,但在溶液型气雾剂的雾滴分布测定中,两者测定结果有较大差别,LD法更能较快速反映乙醇浓度变化引起的雾滴分布的变化。结论 LD法可替代撞击器法,特别是溶液型气雾剂,能快速完成处方筛选和评价。Objective To compare the application of cascade impact method and laser diffraction method( LD method) in the droplet distribution research of suspension aerosol and solution aerosol.Methods The anderson cascade impactor method and the LD method were used to determine the droplet distribution of suspension aerosols and solution aerosols, and the measurement results of the two methods were compared.Results In the measurement of droplet distribution of suspension type aerosol, the results of the two methods were close, but in the measurement of solution type aerosol, the results of the two were quite different. LD method can more quickly reflect the change of droplet distribution caused by the change of ethanol concentration.Conclusion The LD method can replace the impactor method, especially the solution type aerosol, which can quickly complete the prescription screening and evaluation.
