图片管理在医疗器械清洗中对器械管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨实景图片管理在医院消毒供应室医疗器械清洗质量中的应用价值。方法医院自2017年2月起为提高医疗器械清洗质量,特通过成立器械清洗质量持续改进小组,并制订相关质控标准,实景拍摄消毒供应室器械清洗各操作环节中存在的问题,然后通过微信等渠道进行反馈和改进。应用实景图片管理前(2016年1月至2017年1月)、后(2017年2月至2018年2月)分别选取800件器械进行研究,同时选取18名护士进行研究,记录应用前后器械完好、器械消毒方法不当及器械准确差错情况;比较应用前后器械准备时间和核对时间,记录实施实景图片管理前后器械污渍和生锈及返洗及报损情况;调查实施前后护理人员满意度。结果应用后器械完好率明显高于应用前,器械消毒方法不当和器械准备差错率明显低于应用前(P<0.05)。应用实景图片管理后消毒供应室器械生锈率、污渍率和返洗率及报损率明显低于应用前(P<0.05)。应用后器械准备时间和核对时间分别为(15.88±5.92)min、(9.18±3.62)min,明显短于应用前(24.69±7.95)min、(14.56±5.76)min(P<0.05)。应用后护士满意度明显高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论医院消毒供应室器械清洗中应用实景图片管理可提高器械清洗质量,缩短护士器械准备和核对时间,有利于提高工作效率,对医院预防医院感染提供保障,提高护理人员满意度。Objective To explore the application value of real picture management in the cleaning quality of medical equipment in the disinfection supply room of a hospital.Methods In order to improve the quality of medical equipment cleaning,the hospital has established a continuous improvement team for equipment cleaning quality and formulated relevant quality control standards since February 2017.We filmed the problems in each operation link of equipment cleaning in the disinfection supply room,and then got feedback and improved through channels such as WeChat.Before(January 2016-January 2017)and after the application of real image management(February 2017-February 2018),800 instruments were selected for research,and 18 nurses were selected for research.The integrity of the instruments before and after application,improper disinfection methods,and accurate errors of instruments were recorded.The preparation time and verification time of the instruments before and after the application was compared.The stains,rust,backwashing and report damage of the instruments before and after the implementation of the real picture management were recorded.The satisfaction of the nursing staff before and after the implementation was investigated.Results The device intact rate after the application was significantly higher than that before the application,and the rate of improper disinfection methods and device preparation errors was significantly lower than before application,P<0.05.The rust rate,stain rate,backwash rate and damage rate of the equipment in the disinfection supply room after the application of real picture management were significantly lower than before the application(P<0.05).The device preparation time and verification time after application were(15.88±5.92)min and(9.18±3.62)min,respectively,which were significantly shorter than(24.69±7.95)min and(14.56±5.76)min before application(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses after the application was significantly higher than that before the application(P<0.05).Conclusion The
