中医定向透药疗法治疗肢体功能障碍的临床研究进展

摘　　要：肢体功能障碍,主要是指由于病理性因素而导致的肢体活动功能受限的一种情况。引起肢体功能障碍的原因中除骨伤或脊髓损伤以外,另外主要就是脑血管疾病。脑血管病患者病发后大部分患者肢体功能都会有不同程度的障碍,致使其生活自理能力下降。目前采用中医定向透药疗法治疗肢体功能障碍具有较好的临床效果,但其原理以及技术发展仍然存在诸多不确定性问题,因此研究中医定向透药疗法治疗肢体功能障碍进展情况,对促进该疗法综合应用有着重要临床意义。本文基于中医定向透药疗法作用机制,从单一疗法、中医定向透药联合康复训练、中医定向透药联合针灸以及中医定向透药联合运动疗法等中医定向透药疗法治疗肢体功能障碍的有关文献进行综述,为临床工作提供参考依据。Limb dysfunction mainly refers to the limitation of limb function caused by pathological factors.In addition to bone injury or spinal cord injury,the main cause of limb dysfunction is cerebrovascular disease.After the onset of cerebrovascular disease,most of the patients will have varying degrees of limb dysfunction,resulting in the decline of their self-care ability.At present,the use of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy in the treatment of limb dysfunction has good clinical effect,but there are still many uncertain problems in its principle and technical development.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to study the progress of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy in the treatment of limb dysfunction.Based on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)directional penetration therapy,this paper reviews the literature on the treatment of limb dysfunction by TCM directional penetration therapy,such as monotherapy,TCM directional penetration therapy combined with rehabilitation training,TCM directional penetration therapy combined with acupuncture,and TCM directional penetration therapy combined with exercise therapy,so as to provide reference for clinical work.
