入炉物料含水量对电热法制磷工艺影响的研究分析

摘　　要：在相同条件下,因管理和操作的原因,不同黄磷生产企业采用电热法制磷时,多电极制磷电炉的产量、单耗、成本存在较大的差异。分析入炉物料含水量对电热法制磷工艺的影响,炉料带入的水分和粉料未进入熔融层,将带来泥磷量增加、炉况恶化等隐患。入炉物料质量达到国家标准《黄磷生产技术规范》(GB/T 33321—2016)的要求,是延长制磷电炉使用寿命、提高热利用率、减少事故、实现节能降耗的有效途径。In the electrothermal phosphorus production process, due to the differences of operation methods and management concepts, even under the same conditions there are still great differences in the output, unit consumption and cost of multi electrode phosphorus furnace in different yellow phosphorus production enterprises. By analyzing the influence of the water content in the materials entering the furnace on the electrothermal phosphorus production process, the result shows that the water and powder brought in by the furnace charge can not enter the melting layer, which will only bring hidden dangers such as increasing the amount of sludge phosphorus and aggravating the deterioration of the furnace condition. It is an effective way to prolong the service life of electric phosphorus furnace, improve heat utilization rate, reduce accidents and realize energy saving and consumption reduction to ensure that the quality of incoming materials meets the requirements of the national standard Production technical regulation for yellow phosphorus(GB/T 33321-2016).
