摘 要:针对船舶锅炉给水系统使用过程中存在的“供不上水”故障,提出一种运用MATLAB软件求取对系统深层次缺陷分析的方法。在分析故障原因的基础上,结合实例,建立锅炉给水系统数学模型,通过采集物理实验数据、关联参数推理与MATLAB数值计算分析功能相结合的方法,分析系统缺陷的关键影响因素,研究找出可观察物理参数,求出其安全变化范围,再现场实验,确定其实际安全范围,与软件计算结果对比。研究表明:此方法是可行的且准确的,进一步将物理参数的安全范围与其可变化范围比较,判定系统设计、制造质量的好坏,且推理的关联参数能为船舶设计方及制造方在系统的设计制造优化方面提供依据。In view of the faults of water supply system in marine boiler,a method for defect analysis of the system by using MATLAB software is proposed.On the basis of fault analysis,the mathematical model of the water supply system is established.By collecting the physical experimental data,related parameter reasoning and MATLAB numerical calculation,the key influential factors of the system defects are analyzed,and the observable physical parameters are found out,and the safety variation range is calculated.The actual safety range is determined by field experiment and then compared with software calculation results.The results show that the method is feasible and accurate,and the safety range of physical parameters is compared with its changeable range to determine the quality of system design and manufacturing.The related parameters of reasoning can provide the basis for ship designers and manufacturers in the design and manufacturing optimization of the system.
