摘  要:为保证调速器与调压阀协联液压闭锁控制方式,采用特殊主配压阀作为调速器与调压阀联动的唯一联动控制主配,由于主配压阀制造加工精度问题,国产蜗壳式调压阀主配压阀工作油压为常规油压2.5-6.3MPa之间(其中以2.5 MPa与4.0MPa居多)。16MPa高油压特殊主配压阀控制调速器通过动态甩负荷分析其调节品质,并与常规油压的串联控制系统比较,表明16MPa高油压特殊主配压阀控制调速器及16MPa高油压蜗壳式调压阀是可以成功应用的。In order to ensure the co-linkage of the governor and the pressure regulating valve,a special main pressure distribution valve is used as the only linkage control of the governor and the pressure regulating valve.Due to the manufacturing accuracy of the main pressure distribution valve,the working oil pressure of the main pressure distribution valve of the domestic volute type pressure regulating valve is between the conventional oil pressure of 2.5-6.3MPa(among which 2.5MPa and 4.0MPa are the majority).The adjustment quality of 16MPa high oil pressure special main pressure distribution valve control governor is analyzed by dynamic load rejecting.The comparison with the conventional oil pressure series control system shows that the 16MPa high oil pressure special main pressure distribution valve control governor and the 16MPa high oil pressure volute type pressure regulating valve can be applied successfully.
