摘　　要：本文介绍了基于圆柱凸轮工作过程建模的一种新的造型方法,优点是造型过程与工作过程高度一致,造型精度高,不足之处在于需要将小平面体转为实体。另外,本文还通过实例介绍了分段函数的UG表达式创建方法,以及圆柱凸轮数控加工的方法和步骤。This paper introduces a new method of cylindrical cam modeling based on the working process,because the modeling process is highly consistent with the working process and has high modeling accuracy.The paper also introduces the UG expression creation method of piece-wise function and the methods of NC machining of cylindrical cam through an example.
