“40+塑料球”时代我国女子乒乓球运动员技战分析——以丁宁为例

摘　　要：自2014年7月1日起,以高分子聚合物为原料的新型塑料球进入人们视野,开启“40+”时代,对女子乒乓球运动的技能水平有更高要求。为巩固、提升乒乓球女子运动员的技战术水平,研究采用文献资料法、录像观察法、四段指标评估法等,对代表中国乒乓球女运动员最高水平的丁宁在16场国际型乒乓球赛事中技战术的运用情况进行分析,总结丁宁技战术的特点及不足,给出建议。在40+塑料球时代应加强发球质量和抢攻落点变化训练,创造更多抢攻机会的同时,充分发挥抢攻“快、准、狠”的特点,以提高得分率。为今后女子乒乓球运动员的训练与培养、技战术水平的提升提供参考意见。Since July 1,2014,the new plastic ball with high polymer as raw material has entered people's vision,which opened the"40+"era,and higher requirements have been put forward for the skill level of women's table tennis.This paper makes technical analysis of Ding Ning,who represents the highest level of Chinese female table tennis players,in 16 international table tennis events,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of Ding Ning's technical and tactical level,and gives some suggestions,with a view to providing reference for the scientific training and competition of Ding Ning and other female table tennis players.
