摘　　要：为考察湿法磷酸脱除金属阳离子时产生的反萃稀硫酸返回二水法磷酸生产系统再利用对生产系统水平衡和磷酸杂质含量等的影响,开展实验室间歇式二水法磷酸萃取评价实验,研究不同反萃稀硫酸添加量下,体系中成品磷酸浓度、相关杂质含量及磷石膏结晶的变化情况。实验结果表明:在二水法磷酸生产过程中,添加反萃稀硫酸代替部分浓硫酸是可行的。In order to investigate the effect of reusing dilute sulfuric acid produced by removing metal cations from WPA back to phosphoric acid production by dihydrate process on the water balance of production system and the content of impurities in WPA,the laboratory intermittent WPA extraction evaluation test is carried,the concentration of finished phosphoric acid,the content of impurities and the crystallization of phosphogypsum in the system is studied under different addition of stripping dilute sulfuric acid.The results show that it is feasible to add stripping dilute sulfuric acid instead of part of concentrated sulfuric acid in the production of dihydrate WPA.
