摘  要:用柠檬酸-硝酸铝溶液代替王水作消解液,采用微波消解硝酸磷肥和硝酸磷钾肥,优化消解参数,消解后通过微型化实验,磷钼酸喹啉重量法测定其中的磷,用微波炉代替烘箱快速蒸干磷钼酸喹啉沉淀中的水分。该方法试剂用量只有GB/T 10512—2008方法用量的25.0%~33.3%,分析成本低,能减少环境污染,易于推广;与GB/T 10512—2008仲裁法相比较,分析时间只有原来的1/7,结果无显著性差异,绝对误差在0.01%~0.19%,加标回收率在95.6%~106.1%。Citric acid aluminum nitrate solution is used instead of aqua regia as digestion solution,nitro phosphate fertilizer and phosphorus potassium nitrate fertilizer are digested by microwave,and the digestion parameters are optimized.After digestion,the phosphorus is quickly determined by quinoline phosphomdybdate gravimetric method through miniaturization experiment.The microwave oven is used instead of oven to quickly evaporate the water in quinoline phosphomolybdate precipitation.The reagent amount of this methood is only 25.0%-33.3%of the amount of GB/T 10512—2008,the analysis cost is low,reducing environmental pollution and easy to popularize.Compared with GB/T 10512—2008 arbitration method,the analysis time is only 1/7 of the original,the results have no significant difference with the absolute error of0.01%-0.19%,and the recovery rate is 95.6%-106.1%.
