摘　　要：生测是指对新型肥料产品的生物效价的测定。规范化生测必须具备正确性、典型性、重演性3个基本原则。为指导规范化生测开展,从而正确评价新型肥料功效与质量,阐述规范化生测的程序及作用,包括实验室实验、盆栽试验、田间小区试验、田间大区示范,以及各阶段应该注意的事项。Bioassay refers to the determination of the biological potency of new fertilizer products.Standardized bioassay must have three basic principles:correctness,typicality and reproducibility.In order to guide the development of standardized bioassay,so as to correctly evaluate the efficacy and quality of new fertilizers,the procedures and functions of standardized bioassay,including laboratory experiment,pot experiment,field plot experiment,field demonstration,and matters needing attention in each stage are expounded.
