摘　　要：新冠病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,人民警察始终奋战在抗疫一线,面临与疫情相关的执法安全风险不断增加。通过问卷调查对一线民警疫情期间的职业伤害和执法风险进行研究,发现疫情期间警察的主要职业安全风险为职业暴露突出、涉疫警务增加、袭警现象频发等。应从法律建设、风险防控、后勤保障、技术应用等方面采取对策,提高警察执法安全风险防控水平,保障公安工作顺利进行。Since the outbreak of novel Coronavirus pneumonia,the police have been fighting on the front line of the fight against COVID-19,facing increasing law enforcement and security risks related to the epidemic.A questionnaire survey was conducted to study occupational injuries and law enforcement risks of front-line police officers during the epidemic period,and it was found that the main occupational safety risks of police officers during the epidemic period were prominent occupational exposure,increased police-related epidemic,and frequent attacks on police.Countermeasures should be taken from the aspects of law construction,risk prevention and control,logistics support and technology application to improve the level of police law enforcement safety risk prevention and control and ensure the smooth progress of public security work.
