摘 要:目的:对符合线路单光子发射计算机体层摄影(SPECT)设备进行性能测试,探讨符合线路SPECT质量控制的重要性。方法:参考美国电气制造商协会(NEMA)NU1-2012标准、国家卫生行业标准(WS523-2019)以及厂家规范,测量我国广东、湖南、广西、黑龙江和安徽等省的17台符合线路SPECT设备的断层空间分辨力、系统平面灵敏度、系统空间分辨力、固有均匀性、固有最大计数率、固有空间分辨力和固有空间线性等性能指标。结果:所检测的17台符合线路SPECT设备断层空间分辨力为11.08~16.48 mm,平均(11.97±1.24)mm;系统平面灵敏度为69.89~107.30 s^(-1)·MBq^(-1),平均(80.46±10.72)s^(-1)·MBq^(-1);系统空间分辨力为5.52~8.72 mm,平均(7.83±0.74)mm;固有均匀性为2.17%~13.69%,平均(4.01±3.24)%;固有最大计数率为0.83~1.52×10^(5)s^(-1),平均(1.29±0.18)×10^(5)s^(-1);固有空间分辨力为4.31~4.89 mm,平均(4.66±0.15)mm;固有空间线性为0.11~0.94 mm,平均(0.30±0.22)mm。不合格的指标主要是固有均匀性和固有空间线性。结论:晶体为3/8英寸设备固有均匀性和固有空间线性的性能指标好于晶体为1英寸的符合线路SPECT设备,故更需要加强质量控制,提升临床诊断质量。Objective:To test the performance of single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)equipment with coincidence circuit and explore the importance of the quality control of SPECT equipment with coincidence circuit.Methods:According to the NU1-2012 standard of National Electrical Manufacturers Association(NEMA),National Health Industry Standard(WS 523-2019)and manufacturer specification,the performance indicators,which included tomographic spatial resolution(TSR),system planar sensitivity(SPS),system spatial resolution(SSR),intrinsic uniformity(IU),intrinsic count rate performance(ICRP),intrinsic spatial resolution(ISR)and intrinsic spatial linearity(ISL),of 17 SPECT equipment with coincidence circuit of Guangdong,Hunan,Guangxi,Heilongjiang and Anhui provinces in China were measured.Results:The TSR range of 17 tested SPECT equipment with coincidence circuit was 11.08-16.48 and the mean was(11.97±1.24)mm,and the SPS range of them was 69.89-107.30s^(-1)·MBq^(-1) and the mean was(80.46±10.72)s^(-1)·MBq^(-1),and the SSR range of then was 5.52-8.72mm and the mean was(7.83±0.74)mm,and the IU range of them was 2.17-13.69%and the mean was(4.01±3.24)%,and the ICRP range of them was(0.83-1.52)×10^(5)s^(-1) and the mean was(1.29±0.18)×10^(5)s^(-1),and the ISR range of them was 4.31-4.89mm and the mean was(4.66±0.15)mm,and the ISL range of them was(0.11-0.94)mm and the mean was(0.30±0.22)mm.The unqualified indicators mainly included IU and ISL.Conclusion:The performance indicators of IU and ISL of SPECT equipment with coincidence circuit which crystal size is 3/8 inch are better than those which crystal size is 1 inch.Therefore,it more need to strengthen the quality control so as to improve the quality of clinical diagnosis.
