摘　　要：目的:探讨身联网(IoB)与医疗健康事业间的相互作用效应,提出应对相关医学装备数据安全与信息安全问题的对策建议。方法:通过数据挖掘进行文献评阅,梳理分析IoB的由来、相关医学装备在医疗健康领域的应用场景及其安全风险问题。结果:IoB衍生于物联网(IoT),是IoT技术的延伸,存在二次IoB的范围扩展;IoB对医疗健康将会在实现诊疗指标的实时动态监测、远程医学、医疗救治与卫生应急、慢病管理等8个方面发挥正向作用,同时存在着涉及国家安全、医疗健康安全、技术安全、患者或消费者个体安全等安全风险。从应对策略角度提出加强我国医疗健康信息安全的若干建议。结论:IoB作为一项数字化、智能化及网络化赋能的医疗健康新模式,在发挥正向效应的同时并存风险,医疗机构和区域卫生健康机构应抓住数据信息外传的关键节点统筹规划,加强监管,制定有效可行对策,建立防控机制,将保障网络安全、数据安全、信息安全和患者安全工作落到实处。Objective:To explore the interaction reactions between the Internet of bodies(IoB)and medical and health undertakings,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the problems of data security and information security.Methods:literature review was conducted through data mining to sort out and analyze the origin of IoB,the application scenarios of related medical equipment in the field of medical and health and its safety risk problems.Results:IoB derived from the Internet of things(IoT)is an extension of IoT technology,and there is an expansion of the scope of secondary IoB;IoB will play a positive and active role in 8 aspects of medical and health,such as real-time dynamic monitoring of diagnosis and treatment parameters,telemedicine,emergency medical treatment and public health emergency,chronic disease management,and there are data security and information security risks,involving national security,medical and health security,technology security,patient or consumer personal information security.From the perspective of responding strategies,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening China's medical and health information security.Conclusion:as a new digital,intelligent and network enabled medical and health model,IoB has both positive effects and risks.Medical institutions and regional health institutions should grasp the key nodes of data and information transmission,make overall planning,strengthen supervision,formulate effective and feasible countermeasures,establish prevention and control mechanisms,and implement the safeguarding works of network security,data security,information security and patient safety.
