摘 要:非共地两相交错Boost型直流变换器(non-common-ground two-phase interleaved boost DC-DC converters,NCG-TIBDCs)已被广泛应用于具有低电流纹波高电压增益需求的电能变换设备中。为消除NCG-TIBDCs的启动浪涌电流,文中提出一种有源柔性启动方法(active flexible start,AFS)。该方法通过在NCG-TIBDCs输入电感两侧增加一个有源支路与之并联,在此基础上提出一种有源支路开关与NCG-TIBDCs开关的协同调制策略,能够彻底消除启动浪涌电流超调。详细分析NCG-TIBDCs启动浪涌电流产生机理,提出实现AFS的思路和方法,并选取电容箝位型NCG-TIBDC作为例子进行理论、仿真和实验验证。通过对比直接启动、程序软启动和提出的AFS方法,验证AFS方法的抑制启动浪涌电流有效性和优势。相比于程序软启动,提出的AFS方法可彻底消除启动浪涌电流尖峰和超调,且适用于不同升压结构的非共地两相交错Boost型直流变换器,在该类型变换器中具有良好的应用前景。Non-common-ground two-phase interleaved Boost DC-DC converters(NCG-TIBDCs) have been widely applied into the power converters with the requirements of low current ripple and high voltage gain. An active flexible start(AFS) method was proposed to eliminate the start-up surge current of the NCG-TIBDCs. To implement the proposed AFS,an active branch was added and paralleled with the input inductor of NCG-TIBDCs. Furthermore, a coordinated modulation strategy for the switch in active branch and the main switches in NCG-TIBDCs was also proposed. With the proposed AFS method, the overshoot of the start-up surge current can be completely eliminated. In detail, the mechanism of the start-up surge current in NCG-TIBDCs was analyzed firstly, then the idea and method for realizing the AFS was proposed, and the capacitor clamped NCG-TIBDC was taken as the example for the theoretical, simulation and experimental verification. By comparing the direct start, the programmed soft start and the proposed AFS, the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed AFS on suppressing the start-up surge current was proved. Compared with the programmed soft start, the AFS method can completely eliminate the start-up surge current spike and overshoot. The proposed AFS method can be employed into NCG-TIBDCs with different types of Boost structures, which has good application prospect in NCG-TIBDCs.
