摘　　要：青海世居少数民族传统体育历史悠久、种类繁多、内容丰富、形式多样、异彩纷呈,通过对其进行梳理,阐述其体现出的文化特性,得出青海世居少数民族传统体育具有独特性、多元性、宗教性、区域性、融合性,只有把握了民俗体育的特征,才能正确认识其价值,进一步弘扬传统文化,增强民族凝聚力,增进族群之间的交流和民族团结,从而推动社会的发展。The traditional sports culture of generational resident ethnic minorities in Qinghai have the characters of wide variety,rich content,various forms and colorfulness.By combing it and expounding its cultural characteristics,it is concluded that the traditional sports of generational resident ethnic minorities in Qinghai are unique,pluralistic,religious,regional and integrated.Only by grasping the characteristics of folk sports can we correctly understand its value,further carry forward traditional culture,enhance national cohesion and enhance ethnic exchanges and national unity,so as to promote social development.
