摘 要:蛙泳动作技术结构是非对称的,动作难度系数较高。蛙泳腿是蛙泳游进的主要动力,针对目前蛙泳腿技术学习中,学生出现的易错动作现象,运用流体力学和牛顿第三定律等相关力学知识对蛙泳腿动作的收分腿动作、外翻脚、蹬夹水和并拢滑行等动作技术和节奏进行探讨分析,让学生理解蛙泳腿技术的力学原理,为学生掌握正确的蛙泳腿技术提供一定的理论参考。The technical structure of breaststroke is asymmetric and the difficulty coefficient is higher.The breaststroke leg is the main driving force of breaststroke swimming.In view of the error-prone movement phenomenon that appears in the current breaststroke leg technique learning,this paper uses fluid mechanics and Newton's Third Law and other related mechanical knowledge to discuss and analyze the breaststroke leg action technology and rhythm,such as scoring leg action,flipping foot,pedaling and clamping water,and closing and sliding,so that students can understand the mechanical principle of breaststroke leg technology,and provides a certain theoretical reference for students to master the correct breaststroke leg technology.
