摘　　要：随着就业形势的严峻,解决学生就业难的问题成为高校及教师的首要目标。该文通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,就社会实践模式进行了探究,结果表明采取合理的社会实践模式,可以帮助学生通过社会实践进一步了解社会需求,同时有助于学生更好地融入社会,从而解决就业难的问题。With the severe employment situation,solving the problem of difficult employment of students has become the most important goal of colleges and universities and teachers.Through the methods of literature,interview,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper explores the social practice model.The results show that adopting a reasonable social practice model can help students further understand social needs through social practice,and help students better integrate into society,so as to solve the problem of difficult employment.
