摘　　要：随着《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的推出,作为政府管理体育各项事务重要载体的全国性单项运动协会,在转型发展过程中存在经费来源单一、专业人才匮乏、管理制度混乱、法治建设滞后等问题。故该文对全国性单项运动协会发展现状进行研究,并在此基础上提出优化团队结构、完善内控机制、加强外部监督和健全法律法规等发展对策。With the launch of the Outline of"Healthy China 2030"Plan,the National Sports Association,as an important carrier for the government to manage various sports affairs,has the following problems in the process of transformation and development:single source of funds,lack of professionals,chaotic management system and lagging legal construction.Therefore,this paper studies the development status of National Sports Association,and puts forward some development countermeasures,such as optimizing team structure,perfecting internal control mechanism,strengthening external supervision and perfecting laws and regulations.
