摘　　要：为了解当前大学生心理健康水平及影响因素,课题依托相关资助和平台,结合高校公共体育的教学实践和体育锻炼心理理论,分析新时期大学生心理健康水平及其影响因素。调查显示,高校对大学生心理健康重视程度有较大幅提升,开展了较多可操作性的相关心理辅导活动,促进了大学生心理健康水平提升。人际关系和家庭教养方式是大学生心理健康水平重要的影响因素。加强高校思想政治教育工作,必须从高等教育“育人”本质出发,抓课程改革的核心环节,着力将教书育人落实于课堂教学主渠道之中,发挥体育课程育人功能。In order to know about the current level of college students'mental health and its influencing factors,the subject relies on relevant funding and platforms,combined with the teaching practice of college public physical education and physical exercise psychological theory,and analyzes the level of college students'mental health and its influencing factors in the new era.The survey shows that the importance of college students'mental health has been greatly increased,and more operable related psychological counseling activities have been carried out to promote the improvement of college students'mental health.Interpersonal relationship and family parenting style are important influencing factors of college students'mental health.To strengthen the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we must proceed from the"education"nature of higher education,grasp the core link of curriculum reform,strive to implement teaching and educating people in the main channel of classroom teaching,and give full play to the educational function of physical education curriculum.
