摘　　要：ubrogepant是一种小分子口服的强效降钙素基因相关肽受体拮抗剂,该药于2019年12月23日被美国FDA批准上市,用于偏头痛的治疗。此次批准意味着25年来急性偏头痛治疗的首个重大创新。本文对该药物的作用机制、药动学、药效学、临床研究、安全性评价等进行评述。Ubrogepant is a small-molecule oral potent calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonist. It was approved by the U.S.FDA for the treatment of migraine on December 23, 2019. The approval of ubrogepant represents the first major innovation in the treatment of acute migraine in the past 25 years. This paper reviews the mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, clinical studies and safety evaluation of the drug.
