刘红权治疗焦虑抑郁共病型失眠经验浅析

摘　　要：临床上失眠常与焦虑抑郁共病存在,目前西医药物治疗具有成瘾性、撤药反复等问题,中医药在治疗上注重辨证论治,循证求因,标本兼顾,临床疗效具有稳定性和长远性。刘红权老师针对此类焦虑、抑郁共病之难治性失眠,有独特见解,临床通常辨证为中医少阳怫郁型不寐,认为发病多因情绪抑郁,少阳枢机不利,气机怫郁而致,治以和解少阳,舒郁安神为主,临床应用每多效验。Insomnia is highly associated with depression and anxiety in clinical practice.At present,western medicine has the side-effect of the possible recurrence and drug dependence.Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to treatment based on syndrome differentiation,seeking the cause on the basis of evidence,taking specimens into consideration,and its clinical efficacy is stable and long-term.Dr.Liu Hongquan has unique insights for such anxiety and depression comorbidity of intractable insomnia,gets this kind of insomnia as Shaoyang depressed insomnia,and believes that the incidence of this kind of insomnia is mostly attributed to emotional restrain,failure of Shaoyang shuji operation and depression of Qiji.The therapy should have a combination of the relaxation and tranquillity of Shaoyang,which can achieve good clinical results.
