摘　　要：现有的瘢痕分类方法众多,但多依据瘢痕的进程、病理或表象进行分类,难以依据分类快速制定治疗方案。为更好地解决这一问题,我们提出了一种基于治疗方案的简易瘢痕分类法(Practical classification of scars based on treatment,PCSBT)。该方法依据瘢痕是否有明确手术指征、稳定性、形态及病理性质几个方面进行判断和分类,能够快速判断瘢痕类型,并据此制定合理的治疗方案,方便临床使用。Although there are numerous ways to classify scars,most of them are based on pathology or appearance,which makes it difficult to formulate an appropriate treatment plan quickly according to classification.In this paper,a practical classification of scars based on treatment(PCSBT)was proposed.Doctors can judge the type of scar and formulate a reasonable treatment plan quickly with the method of scar classification according to whether the scar has obvious surgical indications or not,stability,morphology and pathological properties,which is convenient for clinicians.
