摘  要:催化裂化装置油浆系统是腐蚀防护需要重点关注的系统之一。油浆系统温度高,并且含有固体催化剂,易使油浆系统设备及管线产生高温硫腐蚀和磨蚀减薄甚至泄漏,引发事故。从腐蚀机理分析、选材评估、装置监检测措施等方面,结合装置的实际情况,有针对性地提出了油浆系统腐蚀防护措施。The slurry system in FCC unit is an important system that needs to be focused on corrosion protection.It has high temperature and contains solid catalyst,which is easy to cause high-temperature sulfur corrosion,abrasion,thinning and even leakage of the equipment and pipelines,resulting in safety accidents.From the aspects of corrosion mechanism analysis,material selection evaluation as well as monitoring and detection measures,combined with the actual situation of the unit,comprehensive on-site corrosion protection measures for slurry system were put forward.
