摘　　要：在全媒体时代,体育传播生态出现变化,体育传播人才的培养成为重要课题.由于当前信息垄断的格局、反馈系统、传播手段应用都与传统体育解说有不同之处,体育解说人才的培养迫在眉睫.本文以北京体育大学赛事解说班的人才培养为案例,并在相关研究基础上建构出赛事解说人才培养的“四维一体”培养体系,分别从主体维度、时空维度、技术维度及绩效维度,分析高校体育人才培养如何横向拓展教育主体、创新教学空间、整合智能技术应用及教学效果的数字化绩效反馈等,进一步提升全媒体时代体育赛事解说人才的竞争力.The all-media era has changed the pattern,feedback system and application means of sports commentary information monopoly.By using the talent training cases and document of the sports commentary class of Beijing Sports University,the paper constructs the"Four-in-one"training system for sports commentary talent training.And respectively from the main body dimension,the time&space dimension,the technology dimension and the performance dimension,the paper analyzes how to horizontally expand the education main body,innovate the teaching space,integrate the intelligent technology application and digitally feedback the teaching efficiency in the cultivation of sports talents in university education,in order to further enhance the competitiveness of sports commentary talent in the all-media era.
