摘  要:因条件所限,地方高校新闻院系与部属高校新闻院系的发展一直差距较大,其本科教学改革也一直在寻求突破.新冠疫情期间线上教学获得认可,并成为后疫情时代地方教育的资源富矿.在课程思政和新文科建设背景下,创建线上“开环”课程体系成为地方高校新闻院系教学改革的有效路径.它们通过借力一线高校、媒体、政府、企业、社会等资源,达成线上线下资源共生.具体包括:更新培养目标和课程体系,赋能“开环”学科建设;拓展线上师资,共享“开环”教育环境;搭建多样化线上实践平台,创设“开环”社会服务.这些措施成为地方新闻教育融入全国新闻教育一盘棋的“大教育”和媒介化“大社会”的有效探索.Due to the realistic constraints?there has been a large development gap between local and ministerial universities,the local journalism faculties have been seeking the breakthrough of undergraduate educational innovation.During the COVID-19?online education received wide attention and recognition,and it also becomes an efficient pedagogical method for the local universities in post-epidemic era.Against the background of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education and Construction of New Liberal Art,building online"open-loop"curriculum system becomes an important method for the undergraduate educational innovation of the local journalism faculties.They put forward three methods to achieve the symbiosis of online and offline resources,based on the resources from top-level universities,media,government,enterprises and society:firstly,taking the educational objectives and the adjustment of curriculum system as the premise?to empower"openloop":professional development;secondly?expanding online pedagogical resources to share"open-loop"educational environment;thirdly,building diversified online practice platform to create"open-loop"social service.The measures may help local journalism education integrate to the national big education and media-oriented"big society".
