摘  要:在载人航天任务中,水的回收与净化处理是再生生保系统的重要组成部分。其中,尿液废水的净化处理是空间站废水处理的难点。文中采用真空膜蒸馏-反渗透联用技术处理模拟尿液废水,考察了真空膜蒸馏单元和反渗透单元分别处理尿液废水的处理效果,以及膜蒸馏单元产水的水量和水质情况,并考察了联用技术运行方式对水回收率的影响。结果显示,真空膜蒸馏-反渗透联用技术的产水量和产水水质稳定性好,在较低温度下运行时,最终的反渗透产水电导率小于1μs/cm,TOC含量小于5 mg/L。当采用全回流的方式运行,产水回收率可提高到96%,有望作为空间站尿液废水处理单元的替代技术。In manned space mission,recovery and purification of water is an important part of regenerative life support system.Among them,the purification of urine wastewater is a difficult point in treatment of space station wastewater.In this paper,VMD-RO integrated technology was used to treat formulated urine wastewater,the treatment effects of VMD unit and RO unit to formulated urine wastewater treatment were investigated,and quantity and quality of water produced by VMD unit were also investigated.Then effect of VMD-RO integrated technology on water recovery was demostrated.Results showed that water quantity production and water quality of VMD-RO integrated technology were stable.When operating at a lower temperature,the final water production conductivity of RO unit was less than 1μs/cm,and TOC was less than 5 mg/L.When operating in a total reflux mode,water recovery rate could be increased to 96%,which was expected to be an alternative technology for urine wastewater treatment unit of the space station.
