摘　　要：唐山市某污水处理厂设计规模为12×10^(4) m^(3)/d,出水标准为国标的一级A标准。本次提标改造工程要求在不新增用地的情况下,出水标准由原国标一级A标准提升到北京市地标《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)的B标准。本次工程对多段AO生反池进行MBBR改造和精确曝气改造,深度处理采用臭氧催化氧化工艺,除臭采用全过程除臭,新建尾水排放管并安装水力发电装置。实际运行表明,本工程出水水质完全满足设计要求,运行良好。The design capacity of a WWTP in Tangshan City is 12×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the effluent standard is the national first grade A criterial.In the project of upgrading and expanding,the upgrading and reconstruction will be expanded without increasing the land occupation.The effluent standard will be upgraded from the national first grade A to B criteria of Beijing City local standard Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(DB 11/890—2012).The main reconstruction includs moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)and the accurate aeration in multistage AO process,and the advanced treatment uses catalytic ozonation,the deodorization uses plant-wide deodorization,and a new discharge pipe adopting hydro-electric power device is built.The actual operation shows that the effluent indicators of the project fully met the design requirements,and the actual operation state is good.
